Booking Deposit
All bookings require a deposit payable via bank transfer. Booking deposits are not fees, this amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service or alternatively, we can roll this over as the deposit on your next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Hey Honey Hair require a minimum of 72 hours notice for all appointment reschedules and cancellations.
If you reschedule or cancel your booking within 72 hours of your appointment start time or fail to attend your appointment, Hey Honey Hair reserve the right to retain the deposit as a reschedule/cancellation fee.
Booking Reminder Service
Hey Honey Hair will send you a reminder via text 4 days prior to your appointment. To confirm your appointment, we ask that you reply ‘YES’ to this text message or that you contact our salon to make changes to your appointment.
The cancellation policy above will apply to any unconfirmed appointments.
